Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
Overview
Photo2VR ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services for converting photos and videos into 3D Side-by-Side (SBS) media for VR viewing.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
When you use Photo2VR, we collect the following personal information:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture (via Google OAuth)
- Authentication Data: Google OAuth tokens and session identifiers
- Payment Information: Email address and Stripe customer ID (payment details are processed directly by Stripe)

- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics
Image Data
Important:
Uploaded source photos are processed temporarily. Cloud library saving is off until you opt in. Eligible subscribers can then automatically save new generated photos, upscales, motion-photo MP4s and Video2VR outputs to private cloud storage, within their account quota. Turning saving off stops pending new saves; outputs already saved stay until you delete them or delete your account. Your cloud library shows your paid-through date and download-access end date. This does not include browser imports or 3D scenes.
Saved outputs and their metadata are private to your signed-in account. Private cloud object storage is provided by Cloudflare R2; access is authorized by Photo2VR.

Image Data
Temporary input and unsaved output files are removed by routine cleanup. A completed conversion must first be saved successfully before it is in your cloud library; conversions still depend on the active request and are not resumed by the library. Completed-output save uploads can retry in the background. New saves require eligible paid access; downloads remain available through the grace period shown in your account. After download access ends, saved outputs remain until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting an output immediately blocks library access while private-storage cleanup runs. Turning saving off keeps already saved outputs. No automatic expiry deletion is currently performed.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
